Carter's Solutions has been in business for over 5 years. While in school for HVAC 10 years ago, Russell discovered he really enjoyed how systems worked. He has always been the type to pick apart things to see how they worked. He excelled at the details and troubleshooting involved in the world of HVAC. He spent years on his craft and officially launched Carter's Renovations, Repairs, and Solutions in 2014. Since opening, Russell has grown his business to be a cost-friendly, problem-solving, multi-level service. Being customer-centric provides a less complex environment and service process which allows customers to rest easy that they are getting a true human to human experience; NO call centers, long holds or being treated like a customer number.
